Pregnancy
Pregnancy is often imagined as a time of excitement, anticipation, and joyful preparation. While these experiences may be present, many people are surprised to find that pregnancy can also bring anxiety, fear, grief, uncertainty, and emotional vulnerability.
For some, pregnancy awakens old wounds, unresolved trauma, or fears about becoming a parent. For others, it is the first time they have truly confronted how much they love someone they have not yet met.
Pregnancy is more than a physical experience. It is a profound psychological and emotional transition.
Whether you are navigating prenatal anxiety, depression, a high risk pregnancy, pregnancy after loss, fertility challenges, relationship stress, or simply the overwhelm that often accompanies this stage of life, therapy can provide a space to process your experience and feel supported along the way.

My Approach
Every pregnancy is different, and every parent enters this experience carrying a unique history, set of relationships, and hopes for the future.
I draw from specialized training in perinatal mental health, trauma informed care, attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, and evidence based approaches to anxiety and depression. Together, we create a space to explore your concerns, strengthen your support system, develop effective coping strategies, and prepare emotionally for the transition into parenthood.
Pregnancy Is a Beginning
Pregnancy often asks us to grow in ways we never expected. It can bring immense joy, but also uncertainty, vulnerability, and questions about who we are becoming.
You do not need to navigate those questions alone.
Therapy can provide a place to slow down, listen closely to yourself, and move through this season with greater confidence, self compassion, and support.
